While we are not involved in the day-to-day operations of our partners, we make efforts to ensure that all window cleaning companies meet our standards. Throughout the year, we reach out to customers randomly to gather feedback and ensure our partners maintain the level of quality and service expected. We reserve the right to sever ties with any partner that fails to meet these standards.
